Buyer's Contract

  • Terms of sale are cash and approved checks
  • Everything is sold "As Is" with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
  • All Sales Are Final. The bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. Auctioneer cannot honor "mistakes"
  • All Sales Must be Paid before removing items from field
  • Items are considered your property as each item is sold to you. Auction house is not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Do not lose your ticket as items purchased with this number will be billed to you
  • Everything must be paid in full on auction day regardless of when picked up
  • Buyer has one week from sale to pick up items
  • There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks for insufficient funds.
  • No Sunday Loading
  • After sale day loading hours:
    • Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:00
    • Saturday 8:00 - 1:00
    • Closed Sundays

Buyer's Premium

  • 10% Buyer's Premium up to $1999
  • 7% Buyer's Premium $2000 and up
  • Equipment over $1,000 – 2% Buyer’s Premium
