Commission Rates for Consignments

1. Individual items under $350.00 - 20% commission
2. Individual items over $350.00 - $70.00 on first $350 and 4% on balance
3. Reserved items that have titles will have a $60.00 consigner's fee due at the time item is consigned on the auction premises.
4. There is a $10.00 fee on all reserved items held and not sold by the consigner.
5. Seller's minimum is $5.00.

Policy for Reserved Items

1. All reserved items are Red Tagged.
2. Koser's Auction does not accept the responsibility of reserves held on any item.
3. If reserve is held; seller must be present at the time the item is auctioned, if seller is not present the item will be passed as a No Sale.
4. If a vehicle or trailer is to be sold the tag must state whether it is titled or not.
5. All titles must be clear and present on sale day or the sale will not be honored.
