Frame
• Virtually maintenance free easy clean vinyl finish.
• All fusion welded 3 ¼" multi-chambered vinyl frame creates a strong weathertight window.
• Sloped sill & weep system allows for efficient drainage.
• All units produced with standard nite latches for continuous ventilation.
• Opt: Woodgrain laminate on the interior of the window unit giving the look of natural wood with the benefits and convenience of vinyl.

Hardware
• Block and tackle balance system.
• Cam type lock & keeper draw meeting rails together for tight seal.

Sashes
• Both sashes include recessed tilt-latches for easy tilt-in of the sash and cleaning from inside the home.
• Fusion welded sashes enhance structural integrity.
• Integral lift rails for ease of operation of the sashes.
• Easy lift out sash hardware for ease in cleaning and replacing.

Grids
• Between the glass contour grids offer the look of a divided lite with added ease in cleaning.
Available in white or tan and in three styles: Colonial, Diamond and Prairie.

Glass
• 3/4” Insulated glass units using warm edge Intercept® Spacer.
• Low-E/Argon Gas filled glass units providing superior year-round comfort and savings and
Energy Star Certification.
• Optional tempered, obscure or tinted glass.
